Spring Training Workout

 

It’s that time again…time for a new workout regimen. This new workout consists of a push day, pull day and a mixed bag push/pull day. The goal is to reduce the frequency of the previous routine while increasing the workload for both the push specific day and pull specific day. This is done through a higher number of sets and the addition of a weight vest. The mixed bag day is done without a weight vest.  A rest day is to be taken between each training day. Conditioning drills and static holds can be performed during rest days as well.
